This Privacy Policy explains how "Eat & Spin" ("we", "our", or "the Application") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO, Cap. 486), and international data privacy best practices.

本隱私政策說明「食一轉 · Eat & Spin」（下稱「本應用程式」）如何處理您的個人資料。我們致力於保護您的個人隱私，並符合歐盟《通用數據保護條例》（GDPR）、香港《個人資料（隱私）條例》（第486章，PDPO）及國際數據保護標準。

## 1. No Personal Data Collection 絕不收集個人資料

We strictly adhere to the principle of **Data Minimization** and **Privacy by Design**:
* **No Server Storage:** The Application does not operate a backend database or server to collect, store, or log any personal information, IP addresses, or location histories.
* **Local Computing:** All algorithm logic, custom choices, voting weights, and wheel operations are executed entirely on your browser/device (Client-side).

我們嚴格遵守**「數據最小化」**與**「預設隱私（Privacy by Design）」**原則：
* **無伺服器儲存：** 本應用程式不設後端資料庫或伺服器，絕不收集、儲存或記錄任何個人資料、IP 地址或位置歷史。
* **本地端運算：** 所有演算法邏輯、自訂選項、投票加權及轉盤運作，完全在您的瀏覽器/裝置（客户端）本地執行。

## 2. Geolocation Data Handling 位置數據處理

When you click "Use Current GPS Location", the Application requests access to your device's Geolocation API:
* **Temporary Processing:** Geolocation coordinates (Latitude & Longitude) are used solely to send a direct search request to the Google Places API via HTTPS.
* **No Tracking:** Your coordinates are never transmitted to us or any fourth party, nor are they tracked across sessions.
* **User Control:** You may choose to use text-based location search (e.g., "Kwun Tong") or deny location permissions at any time without compromising basic functionality.

當您點擊「使用目前 GPS 位置」時，本應用程式會請求存取您裝置的地理位置 API：
* **即時性處理：** 地理位置座標（緯度與經度）僅用於透過 HTTPS 向 Google Places API 發送即時搜尋請求。
* **絕不追蹤：** 您的座標絕不會傳輸給我們或任何第四方，亦不會被跨階段記錄或追蹤。
* **完全自主控制：** 您可隨時選擇使用文字輸入地點（例如「觀塘」）或拒絕授權定位，這不會影響本工具的基本功能。

## 3. Third-Party Services 第三方服務

To provide real-time restaurant search and evaluation links, the Application interacts with the following third-party services:

為提供即時餐廳搜尋及食評參考連結，本應用程式使用了以下第三方服務：

1. **Google Places API (Google Maps Platform):**
   * Location queries and text searches are sent directly to Google's servers.
   * Usage is governed by the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
2. **OpenRice Hong Kong:**
   * Winning search results generate a direct search hyperlink to OpenRice. No user data is transferred to OpenRice by the Application.

## 4. Local Storage (Cookies & LocalStorage) 本地儲存說明

The Application may use your browser's `localStorage` solely for:
* Saving your UI language preferences (e.g., Traditional Chinese / English).
* Temporarily holding user-selected blacklist/removed items during your session.

No tracking cookies or marketing cookies are used.

本應用程式僅會使用瀏覽器的 `localStorage` 用於：
* 儲存您的介面語言偏好（如繁體中文/英文）。
* 於當前會話中暫存您手動移除的餐廳黑名單項目。

本工具絕不使用任何追蹤型 Cookie 或行銷型 Cookie。
